• Our Take:

  Secure one end to a suitable location on the EUC and keep the other end in hand. In an emergency, you can give the EUC a tug to tilt it over and slow it down/stop it. Being hand held, you can release it if needed.

  NOTE: these are not strong enough to be able to lift an EUC are bring it to a stop from high speed. For that and for heavy EUCs, you mat want to consider something like a large Dog Lead.
