If coming by car, please be aware that direct access to the outside of the store is restricted with limited access for loading purposes. You may want to just park at a local car park etc. and do the last bit on foot. If you want to drive upto the shop, then:

IGNORE GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTIONS, it will get you fairly close and then ask you to walk the rest but with nowhere to park… Instead we would suggest entering “Yorkshire Building Society, 37 Horsefair St, Leicester LE1 5BP”. This will get you most of the way and then you can do the last bit leading onto Horsefair Street as instructed below.

You have a couple of options to reach Millstone Lane depending on the direction you are coming:

• Newarke Street>Welford Place>Pocklingtons Walk>Millstone Lane

OR

• St. Nicholas Circle>Peacock Lane>SouthGates>Friar Lane>Berridge Street>Millstone Lane

Then:

• DON’T PANIC. Continue straight down Horsefair Street. The initial Bus Lane Signs are a warning about the actual Bus Lane further ahead. Everyone panics and turns right…
• NOW PANIC 😁Make sure you turn left into Market Place Approach. Don’t carry on straight down Bus Gate towards Sports Direct, they have bus lane cameras…
• Turn Right onto Market Place. You will see WH Smiths and CEX on your right. We are a couple of shops further down, just before Victoria Parade.
• If you forgot to turn right , don’t worry. just go round the block and have another go. If you find yourself doing this a few times, maybe pull over and give us a ring 😂

Walk/Cycle etc:

Easiest option is to just enter 67 Market Place into Google Maps. We are at the corner of Market Place and Victoria Parade on the same stretch as WH Smiths and CEX (the Market Place Entrance, not the Granby Street Entrance). If coming from HighCross near McDonalds, go down Cheapside  (near Five Guys) till you reach the corner of Victoria Parade, just after Rossa’s Doughnuts.
