Please see the About Us Page for specifics about the company.
It’s not complicated.
• We love PLEVs (Personal Light Electric Vehicles) and want you to love them too.
• We hate spammers and scammers.
• We have no interest in selling your personal details.
So what does that mean in practice ?
• When it comes to storing your data online, we only use established, reputable software, hosting companies and payment processing companies.
• Though we don’t ‘sell’ your data or provide it to anyone commercially, we do use 3rd party software, hosting, payment processing, spam detection, shipping and so on. Hence, we do share some of your information as a part of managing queries, orders, refunds, support requests etc.
• When placing orders or entering personal details, we use a secure HTTPS (SSL) connection to keep your data private.
• We don’t store your card payment details on our system. Instead we use established 3rd party payment companies that know how to handle these things properly.
• We won’t spam you with endless unrequested marketing emails. But don’t want to completely ignore you either. Hence, we may send the very occasional targeted marketing email or contact you regarding specific topics such as orders you have placed or enquiries you have made.
• You may get more regular emails where have subscribed to a newsletter etc. Where this is the case, you have the option to unsubscribe.
